Georgia Higgins has an Applied Associate Science Degree in Real Estate Law. Mike is a licensed Broker/Realtor in both North Carolina and South Carolina. He relocated to Charlotte from Western New York in 1999. Nicole has joined Showcase as a CMA specialist. She is a native from Atlanta, GA. Nicole has been actively involved in the real estate world for three years. With experience in the REO world, she is proficient in evaluations, admin, and listings. With her knowledge and quickness she is sure to be a valuable asset to our company.

Susan is a North Carolina native, and a seasoned real estate professional with 14+ years experience. Her intimate knowledge of the market, as well as a detailed and caring approach make buying or selling a home with her a most positive and enjoyable experience.

On a personal note, Susan grew up in the Statesville area and has called Charlotte her home for over 35 years. She is married to Randy, a mid-western transplant, and they reside in northern Mecklenburg County.

Tiffany has joined the firm to work as our REO Administrator. She received her sales license in April of 2005 and her brokers license in March of 2006. Tiffany has been in the real estate business for 10 years working as a Administrative assistant/Brokers assistant.
